Little Gallery Privacy Policy
Effective date: 30 August 2026
Little Gallery is operated by BeeEdge Pty Ltd (ABN 91 673 517 621) (BeeEdge, we, us, or our). This policy explains how the current release of the Little Gallery iOS app handles information.
The short version
For the current release of Little Gallery:
- No account required.
- No developer server sync.
- Stored on your device.
- No AI generation.
The app does not send your Little Gallery library to BeeEdge. If a future release changes these practices, including by adding optional cloud sync or a subscription, BeeEdge will update this policy and the relevant App Store privacy disclosures.
Information you choose to store
Little Gallery stores information you enter or create so the app can provide its Gallery and Art Cards features. This may include:
- child profile information: name, required birth year, optional birth month, avatar, colour theme, and an optional profile image;
- artwork images and details: title, artist, notes, dates, school stage or year, term, optional child quote, crop and presentation choices, and the selected child; and
- Art Card information: recipient, occasion, optional written message, template choice, source artwork reference, an optional voice or video memory, and the rendered Art Card image or video files.
In the current release, this information is stored by the app on your device and is not collected by BeeEdge.
Camera, Photos, and Files
Little Gallery accesses an image source only when you choose it. iOS controls Camera and Photos permission, and the system Files picker controls files you select. You can change Camera or Photos permission in iOS Settings.
Storage and current data practices
The current release stores its metadata and relationships in the app's local database and stores artwork images, rendered Art Card images and videos, and optional voice or video memory files in the app's private Application Support storage. It does not use a Little Gallery account, BeeEdge developer server sync, CloudKit sync, remote backup, analytics, advertising, tracking, or AI generation.
The app does not disclose the Little Gallery library to BeeEdge or to an overseas recipient. This statement does not cover a destination you choose through the iOS share sheet or information you separately send to BeeEdge for support.
Sharing
Sharing is initiated by you through the standard iOS share sheet. You choose whether to send or save a copy and which destination receives it. After a copy is provided to another app or service, that destination's terms and privacy practices apply.
Access, correction, deletion, and safekeeping
You can access and correct child and artwork details through the app's editing features. You can delete saved Art Cards and artwork using the available in-app controls. Little Gallery has no remote library copy for BeeEdge to delete.
Removing the app, erasing or losing the device, or deleting local content may permanently remove the library. Share or otherwise preserve copies you need before taking those actions.
Support communications
If you contact BeeEdge, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide. We use that information to respond, investigate the issue, maintain support records, and meet legal obligations. Do not send child artwork or unnecessary child information in a support request.
Support email and website providers may process a support request in Australia or other countries where they operate. The Little Gallery app itself does not send your local library with a support request.
Children and family information
Little Gallery is intended to be set up and supervised by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult. The current release does not create an account for a child or send a child's profile or artwork to BeeEdge.

Changes to this policy
BeeEdge may update this policy when Little Gallery's features, legal requirements, or data practices change. The public policy will show the new effective date. Where appropriate, the app or App Store listing will also draw attention to a material change.
