Little Gallery Terms of Use

Effective date: 30 August 2026

These Terms of Use (Terms) apply to the Little Gallery iOS app operated by BeeEdge Pty Ltd (ABN 91 673 517 621) (BeeEdge, we, us, or our).

1. Apple licence and these Terms

Little Gallery is licensed through Apple's App Store under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These Terms supplement the Standard EULA by explaining rules specific to Little Gallery. The Standard EULA continues to govern the app licence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Adult supervision

Little Gallery is intended to be set up and supervised by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult. It is not intended for a child to create an independent account or provide information directly to BeeEdge.

3. The current service

The current release helps you organise children's artwork and create local Art Cards. It requires no Little Gallery account, stores the library on your device, does not sync the library to a BeeEdge developer server, and does not use AI generation.

BeeEdge may add, change, or remove features in a future release. If optional cloud sync, subscriptions, or other paid features are introduced, applicable details, pricing, and any additional terms will be shown before you choose to use or purchase them. Related privacy practices and App Store disclosures will also be updated.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the child profiles, artwork, messages, Art Cards, rendered image or video outputs, attached audio or video memories, and other material you add to Little Gallery (together, Your Content). You are responsible for:

  • having the rights and permissions needed to capture, import, store, and share Your Content;
  • protecting children's privacy and using appropriate, non-sensitive profile information;
  • deciding what to share and who receives it; and
  • using Little Gallery lawfully and consistently with these Terms and the Standard EULA.

You must not use Little Gallery to infringe another person's rights, break the law, distribute harmful or unlawful material, or interfere with the app's operation or security.

5. Local storage and backups

The current release stores the Little Gallery library in the app's private storage on your device. Removing the app, erasing or losing the device, or deleting local content may permanently remove the library. You are responsible for sharing or otherwise preserving copies you need.

This section does not exclude any service obligation or consumer guarantee that applies under law.

6. Sharing

Sharing is initiated by you through the standard iOS share sheet. You choose the destination and are responsible for checking that it is appropriate. Another app or service's terms and privacy practices apply after it receives a copy.

7. BeeEdge intellectual property

BeeEdge and its licensors retain their rights in Little Gallery, including its software, design, branding, and supplied assets. Your licence to use the app is set out in the Standard EULA. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app or BeeEdge intellectual property to you.

8. Availability, updates, and support

BeeEdge may provide fixes, updates, or feature changes and may stop supporting an old app or operating-system version. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or compatible with every device. Support is available at https://beeedge.com.au/little-gallery/support/.

9. Consumer rights and liability

Little Gallery comes with any guarantees and remedies that apply under the Australian Consumer Law and other mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

To the extent permitted by law, BeeEdge is not responsible for loss caused by your failure to preserve a local copy, your choice of share destination, third-party apps or services, misuse of Little Gallery, or events outside BeeEdge's reasonable control.

10. Ending use

You may stop using Little Gallery at any time and may remove it from your device. BeeEdge may suspend access to a future connected service if reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or respond to misuse. Any such connected-service rules will be provided with that service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Queensland may hear disputes, subject to any rights you have under mandatory consumer or other applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

BeeEdge may update these Terms when Little Gallery's features, legal requirements, or business model change. The public Terms will show the new effective date. Where appropriate, the app or App Store listing will also draw attention to a material change.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to developer@beeedge.com.au or through https://beeedge.com.au/little-gallery/support/.
