Email developer@beeedge.com.au. Please include the app version, iPhone model, iOS version and a short description of what happened. Do not email a child’s name, artwork, recording or other personal material unless it is necessary and you are comfortable doing so.
Camera, Photos and Files
Little Gallery only accesses a source after you choose it and iOS grants permission. If Camera or Photos access is denied, open iPhone Settings, find Little Gallery and review its permissions. Files access is provided through Apple’s document picker.
Your local library
The current release does not operate an account or developer-controlled cloud recovery service. Keep the app installed while troubleshooting missing or uncertain data. Do not delete the app, clear its data or reinstall it before recording the visible state and contacting support.
Sharing
Sharing begins only when you choose Share. Apple’s system share sheet lets you choose a destination. After a copy leaves Little Gallery, the destination app or service controls that copy under its own privacy practices.
